Transfer, Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. Any discounts will be applied to the conference registration fee and cannot be combined with other offers. If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email service@tcfllc.org. If you need to cancel, please note the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
Six or more business days prior: If you are not able to send a substitute, you may cancel at any time up 6 business days prior for a refund less $195 admin fee.
Less than six business days prior: If you cancel within 6 business days of the event, you get a credit for the full amount of your fee to be used for an attendee pass for a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
